Transition 101 
Jefferson Street Inn, Wausau, WI
January 18, 2025  **  9 am to 3 pm 

Parents/guardians who have children with disabilities ages 14 to 21 will get an overview of what comes after high school at this one day training.   Transition 101 will introduce you to our other programs that go deeper into the transition planning.  You will also become part of a network of other families who are going through the same process.

• Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR)

• Aging and Disability Resource Centers (ADRCs)

• Supported Decision-Making

• State and county resources

• Helpful Timelines
